I am a Human Resource Consultant, Wellness Coach and Writer. HR management is something I know and do well; writing is one of my first loves and it keeps me balanced and sane;, my passion is designing and presenting holistic wellness programs. I am a contributing author to two books, and have published a series of inspirational cards (Precious Things) and 2 CDs (Guided Meditation & Total Relaxation).
